The  restaurant the Moulin du landion

The restaurant is located in the older part of the hotel overlooking the old mill wheel and above the River Landion.

The restaurant welcomes you with a warm atmosphere, where depending on the season, you can sample local dishes, (snails,game,local cheeses,andouillette of Troyes) as well as traditional or more sophisticated dishes.(Foie Gras, filet de Bar, etc.)

You can accompany your meal with champagne or a selection of wines from our extensive cellar.
